Moná Jones is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for G.E.A.R. Inc. (Generations Empowered & Restored), where she leads brand strategy, public messaging, and community engagement. She oversees marketing initiatives, digital communications, and storytelling to ensure the organization’s mission and impact are communicated clearly, consistently, and with integrity.
A certified life coach with over 20 years of volunteer service, Moná has supported children and families through community-based organizations, including the D.E.B. DuBois Learning Center and the Spofford Home for Children. With a professional background in technology and strategic consulting, she brings a structured, human-centered approach to nonprofit communications that supports fundraising, program launches, and community education initiatives, advancing G.E.A.R.’s mission of empowerment and restoration.
