G.E.A.R. Inc. ("Generations Empowered And Restored") stands for guidance and resources for children of incarcerated parents and their guardians. We strive to provide essential support and advocacy that enriches lives and fosters strong community ties.
We thrive to strengthen family dynamics by providing essential resources that enhance communication and functionality between parents and children in today's society. Through structured programs, counseling sessions, and peer support groups, we offer guidance to both children and parents during a loved one's incarceration. G.E.A.R. is dedicated to fostering the ongoing growth and development of children impacted by parental incarceration. We provide the resources and guidance necessary to help children navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive both during and beyond their loved ones incarceration.
